RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Please note: Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Submit Details
Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and upload clear images of the issue.-
For size fit issues, you may be asked to share a try-on image for review and approval.

Our team will review your request. If it meets the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive instructions for the next steps. -
Return/Exchange Shipment
Once approved, you’ll be guided on how to return the product.-
Please ensure secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection.-
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

If the product doesn’t fit, you may request a size exchange.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund option will be offered.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after payment confirmation (usually within 5 working days).

If you provide bank details during your return request, all refunds related to that order will be processed via bank transfer.

It may take up to 15 days to reflect the refund in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you choose an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to your original address at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
