REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

Please note: Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. Original Condition

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

    • An unboxing video must be provided as proof of the item’s condition at the time of delivery.

  2. Valid Reasons
    Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

    • Damaged or defective product.

    • Incorrect size, color, or item received.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Initiate a Request
    Visit our Return & Exchange Page (link to Bonita Edit return page) to submit your request.

  2. Submit Details
    Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and upload clear images of the issue.

    • For size fit issues, you may be asked to share a try-on image for review and approval.

  3. Review & Approval
    Our team will review your request. If it meets the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive instructions for the next steps.

  4. Return/Exchange Shipment
    Once approved, you’ll be guided on how to return the product.

    • Please ensure secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.

  5. Quality Check
    Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection.

    • If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

  6. Size Fit

    • If the product doesn’t fit, you may request a size exchange.

    • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund option will be offered.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be processed through your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after payment confirmation (usually within 5 working days).

  • If you provide bank details during your return request, all refunds related to that order will be processed via bank transfer.

  • It may take up to 15 days to reflect the refund in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you choose an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to your original address at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
