SHIPPING POLICY

Bonita Edit is committed to excellence and ensuring the full satisfaction of our customers.

We proudly offer reliable shipping services across India and select international locations. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please consider any public holidays or unforeseen circumstances that might impact delivery times. Bonita Edit also offers same-day dispatch for select orders.

1. SHIPPING

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–23 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 10–15 business days

📦 Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

We work quickly to process and dispatch orders, so there’s only a short window to correct an error.
If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@bonitaedit.com.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package may be subject to a restocking fee. Any additional shipping costs will also be borne by the customer.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Bonita Edit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows the order as delivered and you have not received it, please:

  • Check with your neighbors or building security.

  • Contact the local courier service.

  • File a report with local authorities if necessary.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Bonita Edit allows customers to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Please note:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are subject to approval in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM PROCESS

If an item in your order is out of stock, Bonita Edit will hold your order until all items are available for dispatch. If the delay is extended, we will reach out to you with the option to modify or cancel the order.

7. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Bonita Edit offers:

  • Prepaid options, where duties/taxes are included in your order total, or

  • Pay-on-delivery, where applicable.

Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
