1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

www.bonitaedit.com is a site operated by Bonita Edit (Globolosys Fashion Pvt. Ltd.).

2. YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You are resident in one of the serviced countries.

3. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email or message on your registered mobile number acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation.

  • Once you place your order, we start processing it immediately. You can cancel your order if the status allows it through your Bonita Edit account. If you placed the order as a guest, you can manage it through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

  • The contract relates only to those products confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

  • You undertake that all details provided are accurate, you are authorized to use the payment method, and sufficient funds are available.

4. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if not specified, within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation. Typical delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, subject to exceptional circumstances.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • Product prices are displayed on the Website. Delivery charges are shown separately and must be paid in advance.

  • Payments will be accepted through the methods listed on the Website and are considered made when funds are cleared.

  • Prices may change without notice but will not affect already confirmed orders.

  • If a product is incorrectly priced, we will either charge the lower price or contact you before dispatch.

  • We are not obligated to sell at an obvious pricing error.

  • Only one promotion code can be used per order.

6. OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Once your order is delivered, you may raise a return or exchange request (if eligible) within the allowed time frame via “My Orders” on the website/app.

  2. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Refunds for returned products will be initiated to your original payment source (or bank account/UPI ID for COD) within 5–7 working days after pickup.

  4. For size issues, you may request an exchange. If the requested size is unavailable, a return will be processed instead.

  5. Exchanges will be shipped to the original address at no extra cost.

  6. Orders can be canceled if the status allows through “My Orders.”

  7. Bonita Edit reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior confirmation and may verify any order before shipping.

7. OUR LIABILITY

  • If we fail to deliver, deliver incorrect products, or products are damaged or defective, our obligation will be to:

    • Correct the shortage or non-delivery.

    • Replace or repair the products.

    • Refund the amount paid for the products in question.

  • We may request evidence (e.g., images) before processing a refund.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, business, goodwill, or data.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products.

  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in relation to the products and website content are owned exclusively by Bonita Edit.

9. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

By using our site, you agree that communication with us will be electronic (via email, SMS, or website notifications). These communications comply with legal requirements for written communication.

10. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or industrial actions

  • Natural disasters

  • War or terrorism

  • Transport or network disruptions

  • Government actions

Our obligations will be suspended during such events, and we will try to minimize their impact.

11. WAIVER

  • Our failure to insist on strict performance of your obligations does not constitute a waiver.

  • A waiver of default does not mean a waiver of subsequent defaults.

  • Waivers must be in writing to be valid.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions, along with documents referred to in them, represent the entire agreement between you and Bonita Edit and supersede all prior discussions or representations.

13. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS

We may revise and amend these terms at any time to reflect:

  • Market condition changes

  • Technological updates

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

  • System capability enhancements

You will be subject to the terms in force at the time of your order.

14. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.

15. DISCOUNT CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Official Bonita Edit discount codes entitle you to a specified percentage off your next online order at www.bonitaedit.com.

  • To apply, enter the promotional code in the “Apply Coupon” section in your cart.

  • Discount codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • No cash alternative is available.

  • Exclusions may apply (e.g., sale items, new arrivals, premium collections, and shipping).

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or restrict codes at any time.

16. THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA

By responding with or tagging #BonitaEdit, you grant Bonita Edit and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use your photos, videos, or other content posted on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or Google+.

We may display, reproduce, distribute, or edit this content for marketing or advertising purposes, with the right to use your username, image, or other identifying information.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including respecting intellectual property rights and avoiding defamatory or unlawful material.
